Store the Microsoft Exchange or Microsoft 365 connection details on the server so the portal can later send, receive, and sync email through the shared account.

What comes next

Mailbox workflows ready for the next phase

Incoming and sent mail will surface in the Utilities mailbox view using this saved account.
Future modules can use this shared address for quotes, notifications, reminders, and operational workflows.
Once the Exchange account exists, we can wire Microsoft Graph or IMAP/SMTP sync into this foundation without redesigning the module.
